Janet Whitley works in Scottish Government and is responsible for leading the Ingage Division, which has a role in supporting transformation across public services.
This involves working closely with the Scottish Leaders Forum (SLF), leading the work of Workforce Scotland, which has developed a suite of collaborative learning offers aligned to the needs of Public Service Reform as defined through Christie. Much of this work involves working closely with an extended team of collaborative partners across public service organisations. Ingage also has a key role in supporting transformation within Scottish Government, seeking to develop approaches which are more participative, creative and inclusive.
Janet joined Scottish Government in 2010, having worked previously in Higher Education in various roles with responsibility for corporate strategy formulation and delivery.
