Keira has the privilege of supporting u.lab Scotland – a growing community of u.lab and Theory U practitioners in Scotland. This involves: working with the community to identify and respond to arising needs; convening a holding team of people from across different sectors and backgrounds; making connections between complimentary approaches, ideas and people with similar interests; and designing and delivering gatherings using the u.lab methodology.
Keira is also a government social researcher, previously working in public sector reform, children and young people and organisational analysis. Her key interest is in how people can flourish in times of increasing pressure to positively impact on systems.
She also blogs, writes fiction and likes nothing better than a good karaoke session.
