Kirsty joined the Scottish Government to project-manage Workforce Scotland and the Fire Starter Festival for Ingage Scotland. Her work is mainly focused on public service collaboration, working in partnership with multiple public service organisations at a national level to deliver high quality learning and development opportunities for the public service workforce.
Prior to working with Ingage, Kirsty worked for NHS Scotland, supporting the delivery of a wide range of leadership development programmes. She brings a range of experience in working within the NHS and Scottish Government, and in collaborating with large national bodies and public service organisations.
Kirsty is happiest when she gets a chance to be ‘pragmatically creative’ – producing objects with a purpose – sewing, baking, knitting, with the odd bit of pottery when the chance arises!
